NOW ADHAR NO. IS COMPULSORY FOR DEATH CERTIFICATE

The Central Government has ordered that those who apply for the death certificates of their relatives will have to mandate the dead person's card number.

The government has taken this decision to prevent the frauds being proved by the identity of the deceased person.

The Registrar General of India, under the Union Home Ministry, has issued the order to all the states, an official statement said

If the applicants of Death certification will use the Aadhaar number, the details of the deceased person's relatives, relatives, heirs or identities will be considered accurate. This will be an effective method of preventing fraud against identity. This will also help in recording the identity of the deceased person. In addition, there will be no need to provide many types of documents to prove the identity of the deceased person.

It is stated in the statement that if the applicant is not aware of the deceased person's Aadhaar number or enrollment ID number, he will have to give a certificate that the deceased person did not have the support number.

If the applicant declares the wrong, it will be considered as an offense under the provisions of the Base Act, 2016, and under the Registration of Birth and Death Act, 1969.

The government has mandated a support card number to file income tax returns. It has also been mandatory to link support figures with bank accounts to take advantage of government welfare schemes.

The government is also planning to mandate support for driving license and vehicle registrations. The government's intention to do this is to prevent the bogus driving license from being issued.

If you are a salaried and do not file Income Tax Returns yet, do not be alarmed. You have been given five days more time. Together, the PAN has given time till 31 August to connect with Aadhaar.

According to the Finance Ministry announcement, the last date for filing income tax returns for the financial year 2016-17 (Assessment Year 2017-18) has been extended till August 5. The last date for filing the first income tax was on July 31. The ministry says that there are some complaints regarding the problem of logging on to the tax department's website (www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in) and linking the pages with support. The name difference between the two is a big reason for problems with 10-digit figures and 12-digit pages.

The ministry claims that the technical problems of the website can be removed completely. But the problem is that there is a lot of load on the system. More people are logging in at the end of the day of the deadline. Keeps the website open for a long time. That's because others are having trouble. For all these reasons the government decided to increase the date of return.

Currently the Finance Ministry has clarified the linking of PAN with support. Accordingly, it will be very good to describe the basis of support or support letter at the time of filing a return (Acknowledgment No) and the return filling work will be completed. But you will have to add your support to Pan page by August 31, as your return exploration will happen when support is paired with your PAN card.

NOW ADHAR CARD RELATED WORK CAN BE DONE IN POST OFFICE

Work will be started for posting of Aadhaar cards in the post office of all the talukas, districts around Ahmedabad city. With the cost of Rs. 30, the smart card will also be removed. A new facility will be launched for the citizens to postpone the new Aadhaar card in the post office and to facilitate improvement in the Aadhar card, the Navarangpura post office post master Alpesh Shah said.

With the Navarangpura post office, more than 400 sub-post offices in the city will be started by the next month. Subsequently, the support card facility will be available at all the post offices of the city and the village.

The government has decided to add the post office to the post office, giving the facility of Rs.100 and Rs.200 for the new support card and Rs.100 to Rs.50 for updating the support card.
